Robert Le Maire Limited was founded and incorporated in Mauritius on 25 November 1931.

As general agents, importers, merchants, and providers of engineering and contracting services, we supply state-of-the-art technologies from world-leading manufacturers to all sectors of the national economy.

We deal in seven specialist areas of business (see under BUSINESSES) through five operating divisions, thirteen subsidiaries companies, and two associate companies.

We employ five hundred employees.

Beyond Mauritius, our Group is present and active in Réunion Island, Madagascar, South Africa, India, and Bangladesh.

Robert Le Maire Limited is listed on the Development & Enterprise Market (DEM) of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius since the DEM's creation.
