CORPORATE SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our Company has always paid special attention to social and environmental development through numerous contributions and sponsorships.

By law, 2% of our profit after tax now goes to our CSR fund. We distribute part of this to our parent group's special-purpose vehicle‚ GML Fondation Joseph Lagesse, in support of its national programmes, namely:
  • Social Housing
  • Welfare of Children from Vulnerable Groups
  • Eradication of Absolute Poverty.
and use the balance to fund various NGOs which fit our selection criteria for CSR projects, notably:
  • The promotion of education
  • The protection and preservation of the environment
  • The development of sport
  • Socio-economic development with emphasis on youth, children, and care for the elderly
  • Health care related to HIV/AIDS and substance abuse
